Affiliate Terms (IMPORTANT – Please Read)

Before you start promoting, please review and follow these important guidelines:

Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC and FDA regulations. This means avoiding any claims that could be considered non-compliant by these agencies.

No Before/After Photos You cannot use any before/after photos of Finessa in your promotions without our prior permission.

No Deepfakes
Affiliates who use celebrity deepfake ads and alter our VSL with them will be immediately banned from all offers and their details shared with all networks

No PPC Brand Campaigns
Affiliates are prohibited from running paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, Pinterest, or bidding on branded keywords like “Finessa” or similar terms.

Avoid Negative Terms
Affiliates must not use terms like “scam” or “fraud” in any reviews, social media posts, or promotional materials about Finessa.

Follow Email & Spam Regulations
Affiliates must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and FTC guidelines. Spamming to promote Finessa is strictly prohibited.

No False Representation
Affiliates cannot create websites, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Finessa products.

No Direct Linking to Order Forms
Directly linking to the Finessa order form or checkout page from any ads or landing pages is not allowed. Doing so will result in permanent removal from the affiliate program.

No Reselling or Retail Sales
Affiliates cannot resell Finessa products on third-party websites like eBay, Amazon, or any other retail platform.

Customer Service
All customer service will be handled by Finessa. Affiliates are not responsible for customer inquiries or support.

Our email swipes are regularly updated to ensure the highest performance for your campaigns.

Important: In the emails, remember to replace “xxx” with your ClickBank affiliate ID or nickname. You can also add your own tracking reference after “tid=” (optional).
